We've made some major improvements to our On Your Site! services.

If you're using any of the following services on your website:

- Timeandweather
- the Currency Exchange Calculator
- the World Wide Clock
- The Daily Laugh
- or Quotables

please visit our site and update your code.

Improvements include:

- much faster downloading speed
- sponsorships are MUCH more discrete. No ads, just a link.
- time and currency exchange results are now integrated
into the display, no more pop up boxes for results!
- many more weather listings for most countries.
- weather listings updated faster and more reliably.
- new jokes and quotes in the database.
- time keeping is more accurate, with automated
daylight saving time adjustments.
- more professional appearance.

You will need to have PHP or ASP on your server to use our new displays. PHP and ASP are scripting languages that greatly extend what you can do with regular html. If you don't know if PHP or ASP is available on your server, just visit our site, go to any of the individual service pages, and run the PHP/ASP test on your url.

The new displays are a HUGE improvement over our previous displays, but they are still completely free for you to use on your site. If you need displays with no sponsors listed, contact us, we are working on a subscription based program.

The old applets and pop-up displays will be discontinued. The exact time frame has not been determined.
